Luis A. Gonzalez, DMD DentistDr. Gonzalez earned his undergraduate degree in economics with a minor in biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 2000. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) training at Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2005. He began practicing dentistry in Waco, Texas soon after at the Heart of Texas Community Health Center and at a private practice. Dr. Gonzalez treated children of all ages and adults and gained exceptional experience in root canal therapy.
Dr. Gonzalez has completed several courses at the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (CARD). He completed over 250 hours of orthodontic training with the American Orthodontics Society and has completed orthodontic treatment in over 200 patients. Dr. Gonzalez maintains membership with the American Dental Association and the American Orthodontic Society. He is also a member of the Central Texas Study Club.
Dr. Gonzalez volunteers with organizations such as Texas Mission of Mercy, and has traveled to Mexico providing dental treatment. Dr. Gonzalez is a native of Brownsville, Texas. He is an avid college football fanatic, enjoys running and spending time with his wife Milly, daugther Sophia and dogs, Bailey, Kendall and Theo.

Genesis A. Patino, DDS Dentist
Dr. Genesis A. Patino earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Biochemistry from Texas State University. Her certifications include Anesthesia Level 1, Nitrous Level 1 Minimal Sedation, and Controlled Substance DEA. She is also a certified Invisalign provider.
Dr. Patino entered the dental profession with a commitment to delivering evidence-based, comprehensive oral healthcare. What she finds most rewarding about dentistry is the profound impact it has on her patients’ quality of life, particularly the confidence they gain in their smiles. As an advocate for organized dentistry, Dr. Patino is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Texas Dental Association (TDA). Locally, she is an active participant of the Red River District Study Club and the San Antonio Study Club, where she collaborates with colleagues to stay on the cutting edge of dental care.
A proud native Texan, Dr. Patino was born in Dallas but spent her formative years in the small town of Laredo, where her passion for dentistry developed at a young age. She pursued higher education in Texas to give back to her community. Dr. Patino has participated in several community outreach initiatives, both locally in South Texas and internationally in Nicaragua, providing essential dental care to underserved populations. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cooking wholesome nutritious meals and baking pastries with her family. Moreover, she cherishes the moments spent with her sisters painting their favorite landscapes together.

Erica Rodriguez Front Office
Erica has been a Texan her whole life being born and raised in San Marcos, Texas. She is a mother of four daughters and one son. Erica has been in the dental field for over 20 years now. She started out as a dental assistant, then crossed trained to the front office. Erica loves watching sports in particular football and basketball. On her free time some of her hobbies include working out, running, doing crafts, and being with family and friends.

The best! I moved to a different dentist a couple years ago and it took that to realize the awesomeness I had left behind. I’m back with Neo and received the same gentle, thorough, friendly service. They aren’t trying to rob me with unnecessary procedures like the other place did, too! I love Neo and they have a patients for life in me and my family!

I found myself in need of a crown right on my front tooth before Christmas. My own dentist couldn’t or wouldn’t see me. Neo dentistry worked with me to find a time to get me and get a temporary fix until crowns could be made. They gave me extra supplies since I was traveling for the holiday and were extremely communicative through the whole process. I highly recommend them as service was amazing and their team is very friendly.

Great visit! Randy’s chair side manner makes the visit comfortable and easy! We enjoyed good conversation; despite the fact she was cleaning my teeth! I was able to get a next-day appointment for a front tooth filling. Previously, I had seen Dr. Alamo and Dr. Gonzales, each with whom I was very pleased. However, today I met and was treated by a new-to-me lady dentist, who took such care and patience to ensure my front tooth was not just fixed, but looks fantastic, too! Truly, my front teeth look better now than before I chipped the tooth that had to filled today! I am so pleased to have such fine dentists in Kyle! Moreover, the business is not a chain.

Been going here for over a year. Even though we moved away to South Austin. I still make the trip to Kyle for my routine cleanings and exams. I love my hygienist who I see more often than the dentist due to my cleanings. But still like the dentist as well. The office staff has always been super nice. Relatable. Office is always clean. Smells good. They help relieve your anxiety you have when it comes to the dentist. Cause honestly, who wants to go to the dentist? I have anxiety going to the dentist due to my history with braces, retainers, gum disease etc. However, they are so nice, put me at ease by answering all my questions, and help minimize pain. Go to Neo!

Came back to Neo as a patient after being skeptical of a new providers diagnosis and glad I did. Allie was my tech and made the cleaning very painless, and no further action was necessary contrary to a previous dentist’s opinion whom I believe was trying to tack on unnecessary services. Highly recommend!

Any Doctor that's a fan of Fixer Upper is a fan of mine! Dr. G is a total tooth nerd but isn't that how you'd want your dentist to be?!?! I had my first EVER cavity and was really nervous but he made the whole appointment fun and relaxing. He's got years of experience working with kiddos so he knows how to talk adults off the ledge. 🙂 Go see him! You won't be disappointed.

I chose NEO Dentistry after reviewing several practices in the area. The reviews were right; NEO Dentistry is great. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and I and they got us in within the week. They sent paperwork ahead of time, which I was able to complete and day of my appointment check-in was quick. I was called back shortly after check-in. Randi was my hygienist. She was really nice, informative and ensured I was comfortable during my cleaning. My teeth felt great after my cleaning. They offer the NEO dental plan for those without insurance which is really helpful! I was in and out in an hour. I definitely recommend NEO Dentistry.

Had a great experience here. Was a walk in to have some teeth looked at that were giving me pain. Everything was explained as we did every task and was very professional. I need some teeth pulled and they were able to accommodate me immediately with the removal of a few teeth that were giving me issues. Dr. Genesis Patino was great with the procedure and very caring on how I was doing. Will be back for sure. Thank yall.

Love the sense of family care. Great care from our youngest to out biggest, makes everyone feel relaxed. My kids don't mind going to the dentist, for them it is an adventure.
